,There are different definitions of entrepreneurship culture. To easily explain this complex term, some authors have broke it down into the two word of which it is compose, “ entrepreneurship ” and “ culture ”. Define by Wickham (2006 quot in Browson, 2013), the word enterprising is the adjective give to describe how the entrepreneur undertakes what he does. The use of the adjective “entrepreneurial” denotes a particular style of what entrepreneurs do.

On the other hand, Brownson (2013) mention the term culture which is define as the traits, value, belief and behavior that the individual learn or acquire from one generation to another, and which are pass on from one person and group to another. The transmission of these particular traits, values, beliefs, and behaviors shows an intent to promote a particular kind of culture. Therefore, the union of these two terms  conceptualize as:

A society that promotes the display of the traits, values, beliefs and behaviors associated with entrepreneurs (Brownson, 2013).

The direct actions of entrepreneurial culture, spreading the whole of values, beliefs, ideologies, customs, practices, customs and actions, aim to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and show the benefits of entrepreneurship among the population (Observatorio Nacional del Emprendedor, 2015). The entrepreneurial values ​​are the beliefs, which can be explicit or implicit, and which in this case are characteristic of entrepreneurs, which show that they want to make a choice between the different courses of action.
